line of defence against flying insects
whilst at the same time allowing
satisfactory ventilation and daylight.
Open
windows and doors are a direct invitation
to flying insects. However of most
concern, insects disease carriers and can
contaminate food products with their eggs
and larvae or with bacteria. Bees and
wasps can be especially bothersome to
staff because of their painful stings.
